The menu centers on lash extensions in several styles: classic, hybrid, wet set, volume and mega volume. Full sets are priced by style, and fills are offered at one week, three weeks, or as a standard fill for clients who have kept at least half of their extensions. Fills are normally booked about every two weeks; if less than half the extensions remain, the visit is treated as a full set. Lash color, removal and model appointments are also available. Portfolio examples include wispy volume with spikes, texturized mega volume, brown wet set and mega volume cat eye.

Before booking, a free consultation of about 10 minutes covers whether extensions are a good fit. A $20 deposit is required to book any appointment and is applied to the service total. Clients have a 15 minute grace period and should notify the salon if they are running late. Cancellations made at least 24 hours ahead are free; cancellations within 24 hours are charged 25% of the booked service, and emergency exceptions are considered case by case. Removal is recommended for clients who are not continuing with fills or want their natural lashes to rest, and clients are asked not to pick or pull at extensions.

Each lash set is customized to the client's natural lashes and preferences.
