The studio is on Heritage Parkway in Mansfield and is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from 8 AM to 1 PM, and Saturday from 8 AM to 3 PM. It is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. The menu is organized into brows, facials, lashes and waxing.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute Glow N Go Mini Facial, which includes analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, moisturizer and SPF, to a 60-minute Deluxe Facial that is customized to the client's skin care needs and includes steam, extractions when needed, massage and serum. A 50-minute Gentle Skin facial is designed for sensitive skin, and the Bacial and Vajacial add dry brushing or targeted treatment options. Dermaplaning removes peach fuzz and dead skin and is often paired with the Deluxe Facial.

Brow services include a 10-minute brow tint, where brows are mapped and measured to bone structure, face shape and style before tinting, and a brow lamination that chemically straightens the brow hairs for a fuller look. Lash services include a lash tint that darkens natural lashes and lasts about four to six weeks, and a semi-permanent lash lift that curls natural lashes and lasts about six to eight weeks. The lash tint can be added to a lash lift for a darker look.

Waxing is a large part of the menu, covering the face, body and bikini areas. Brazilian waxing starts at $55 and includes the butt strip, and a first-time Brazilian starts at $65. Clients booking a Brazilian need three to four weeks of hair growth and should not trim beforehand. Sugaring is available as an add-on to several waxes.

Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final. Clients who cannot make an appointment are asked to notify the studio as soon as possible so they can reschedule.

Treatments are tailored where the menu says so, such as the customized Deluxe Facial and Vajacial, and brow tints are fitted to each client's bone structure, face shape and style.
