Services center on color and cutting. Women's and men's cuts include a consultation and a finished style, and there is a blow dry with a shampoo, scalp cleanse and blowout. A haircut for children aged 5 and under is offered with light styling, and bang trims keep existing bangs in shape. Hair extensions are priced after a consultation.
Clients can book a free 10-minute consultation to talk through their hair goals and plan services. Appointment times can run longer than booked because every head of hair is different, and extension and color pricing can shift with time, product use and hair density. The salon does not offer fantasy colors or keratin treatments and will refer clients to a specialist for those.
Booking requires a credit card, which is kept on file and not charged until after the service. Payment is due in full before leaving the studio, by cash or credit or debit card, with a 3.5% processing fee on non-cash payments. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gratuity is not expected but may be given by cash, Venmo or card. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 4 PM and Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM. Clients are asked to book their next appointment one to two months ahead, and waitlist requests are welcome. Appointments outside regular hours or days can be arranged on request for an additional fee.
