The menu covers Fully Customized Facials, microneedling, LED light therapy, skin peels, Jet Clear hydrodermabrasion, Thermo-Lo treatments and body waxing. The customized facial is built to each client and usually changes from visit to visit, and it is typically booked every two to four weeks. During facials, Meg talks through each step and the reasoning behind it.

Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy, is offered for the appearance of wrinkles and acne scarring. In Texas it is considered a medical treatment and is performed under the medical directorship of Dr. Jill Spital. Each session includes a numbing step, pre-treatment infrared light, a growth factor needling serum, post-treatment red LED light and a home care kit, and sessions are usually spaced four to six weeks apart. The studio reports results from patients who completed four treatments with its Exceed device, and it describes its microneedling machine as top of the line.

Waxing is done with hard wax only, which the studio says is suited to sensitive skin. Hair should be at least a quarter inch long, since Meg does not trim it on arrival, and regular appointments every four to six weeks are recommended for smoother results. The studio states it has more than 15 years of waxing experience.

Hours are Monday and Thursday from 10am to 7pm, Tuesday and Friday from 10am to 5pm, and Wednesday from 2pm to 5pm, with the studio closed on weekends. Clients can check in through the Vagaro app or by ringing the electronic doorbell. Appointments must be cancelled or moved at least 24 hours ahead, and arriving more than 10 minutes late counts as a no-show.

The studio favors long-term skin health and barrier function over quick fixes or trend ingredients, combining in-studio treatments with home care tailored to each client's skin and lifestyle.
