Epic Pain Management operates offices in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Corpus Christi, Austin, Laredo, Mission, Shavano Park and Round Rock. The San Antonio offices are at Stone Oak, South Side, Shavano Park, Medical Center, Central San Antonio and Westover Hills. Most offices keep weekday hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, while the Medical Center location is open every day until 10 PM.

Pain care starts with an evaluation that reviews patient history, includes a targeted exam and an imaging review, and identifies the source of the pain before a treatment is matched to it. Conditions addressed include back pain and sciatica, herniated discs, spinal stenosis, neck stiffness and headaches, and pain that radiates into the shoulders or arms. Procedures listed include epidural steroid injections, selective nerve root blocks, facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, radiofrequency ablation and spinal cord stimulation for chronic pain that has not responded to other care. It also treats minor injuries and infections such as cuts, burns, abscesses, ear infections, urinary tract infections, sinus problems and pink eye, and offers foreign body and toenail removal. In Austin, urgent care can handle sudden pain flare-ups and arrange same-day consults with pain specialists. Same-day pain appointments may be available at select San Antonio locations.

Epic Med Spa & Wellness, based at the Shavano Park location, offers non-surgical aesthetic treatments and a complimentary consultation. Face and body options include TriLift Facial Rejuvenation, which combines muscle stimulation, radiofrequency and RF microneedling without injections or surgery, and TriLift Body for firmness and texture. Emsculpt uses electromagnetic energy to build muscle and help reduce fat with no downtime. Laser hair removal uses the SplendorX laser, Clarity Vein Removal addresses spider veins, and Pelvic Wellness strengthens pelvic floor muscles without surgery or injections.
