Hair removal is done with Candela GentleLASE and GentleYAG lasers that include cryogenic skin cooling. The business says the cooling spray keeps treatments quick and mostly comfortable. It states its lasers are FDA-cleared for permanent hair reduction, and it notes that no laser can claim to permanently remove hair. The skin care menu covers cosmetic injections using Dysport, Xeomin and Botox, medical-grade chemical peels in varying strengths, lunchtime peels with no downtime, deep pore cleansing facials recommended three or four times a year, microdermabrasion, IPL PhotoFacial for concerns such as redness and freckles, EndyMed 3DEEP, VI Peels, fractional resurfacing and tattoo removal. Licensed aestheticians help clients choose the peel that suits their skin type and condition. Laser spider vein removal works on veins smaller than 3 mm and usually takes two to four treatments a month apart, starting at $150 per treatment. Sun spot removal is also offered.

Body services include CoolSculpting, which reduces the thickness of targeted fat by freezing fat cells, along with Venus Legacy, Venus Freeze and Venus Bliss laser fat reduction. CoolSculpting, EndyMed and ZERONA are offered only at the downtown Austin clinic, and Venus Legacy is offered only at the north Austin clinic. ZERONA reduces circumference at the waist, hips, thighs and arms, and the business describes it as requiring no surgery, no pain and no downtime. Venus Freeze combines radio frequency with pulsed magnetic energy to tighten skin and reduce cellulite on the face and body. Sessions run six to 40 minutes, and six to ten weekly treatments are typical. Laser skin tightening uses infrared energy to stimulate collagen, usually in three to six sessions a month apart, followed by yearly maintenance. Free consultations are offered for laser hair removal, skin and body services, and ZERONA, and a consultation is the way to get an exact price for spider vein removal. Before a laser hair removal appointment, clients are asked to shave the area the day before and avoid waxing, tweezing, electrolysis and depilatory creams. Sun and tanning should be avoided for seven days before and after treatment, with sunscreen outdoors. Laser hair removal cannot be done during pregnancy or while taking certain medications that increase photosensitivity. Appointments need at least two working days notice to reschedule or cancel, and changes made with less notice carry a $25 fee. Clients more than ten minutes late may have their appointment moved.
