Medloft Spa was founded in 2018 in Fairfax, Virginia, and now has locations in Melbourne, Florida, Huntsville, Alabama, and World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida. The business approaches wellness as a whole-body matter rather than treating a single concern, and says its mission is to lift wellness in its community and help clients feel confident and balanced.
Body contouring includes Neuskin CryoSlimming, which uses controlled warming and rapid cooling to break down fat cells that the body then clears over several weeks, along with Sky Roller lymphatic treatment, which combines precision compression and micro-vibration, and XR7 muscle stimulation, which applies electro-stimulation to the face and body at once. Facial options include Neuface OnFace, a radiofrequency and neuromuscular stimulation treatment aimed at skin laxity and facial muscle tone with no needles or downtime, and Nobuglow, a vortex-fusion facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts impurities and infuses serums.
Lumi RX cold and hot plasma is the skin treatment on the menu and can be paired with CO2Lift oxygenating masks and serums. Recovery includes the Avalanche cold plunge, which alternates cold immersion with infrared sauna sessions, and a Red Light Infrared Sauna that combines infrared heat with red light therapy. Select locations offer a cold plunge, a cryo chamber and LED light therapy beds.
The weight loss programs are medically guided and offered at select locations. They use GLP-1 and semaglutide therapies alongside a custom nutritional guide and a virtual platform for professional guidance, and are intended for adults looking to lose 15 or more pounds and keep the results off. Cryo Toning is offered alongside Cryo Slimming within the program. The business states that clients can see visible results in as little as 4 to 6 weeks, with optimal transformations in 3 to 6 months. Membership is available at select locations.
The business focuses on full-body wellness rather than a single concern and describes its self-care solutions as science-backed.
