Natural hair services include curling, flexi rods, natural twists, roller sets, loc re-twists, twist outs and wand or barrel curls. Straightening options include silk press, silk wrap and flat iron, and the silky straightening treatment pairs a Meosis conditioning mask with straightening. Treatments range from clarifying and protein treatments to deep conditioning, relaxers, perms and virgin relaxers, and wash services include blowouts, a Dominican blowout and wet sets.

Makeup and brow services include special event makeup, full makeup application, eyebrow shaping, eyebrow tinting and strip lashes. Men's trims are offered, and beard, goatee, brows and mustache work is charged separately.

Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are recommended to avoid waiting. Clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early. A non-refundable deposit secures the booking; cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or missing an appointment without notice means the deposit is kept and a percentage of the service price is charged, minus the deposit. Workstations and equipment are sanitized before use, and hand sanitizer is available throughout the salon.

The salon works one-on-one with each client, personalizing services rather than offering a fixed routine.
