Kids and men's services are also offered.

Appointments are charged at a base rate, and hair length, other treatments and special requests cost extra. Consultations are required before custom color, extensions, color events and daily hair care recommendations. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early. Children aged three and up need a parent or guardian present, and children's hair should be detangled before the service.
