Team members take national and international classes in fashion, art and beauty to keep up with trends. Before certain hair treatments, clients can book a free 20-minute consultation with Minami to plan a hair care and styling routine. Consultations are required before keratin, Natural Smooth, Cezanne and Botox treatments.
The salon is known for Bellami hair extensions, including I-Tip, weft, tape-in and K-Tip styles, and for HairSkeen men's hair replacement systems, which come in lace, skin or hybrid options. A free 30-minute consultation is offered for men exploring non-surgical hair replacement. Perms, keratin treatments and balayage highlighting are also specialties. The salon uses L'Oréal Professional and Cezanne products and sells its professional products through an online store.
Cancellations can be made by phone or email. A no-show, meaning no notice and no visit, is charged 25% of the service fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. If a client is unhappy with a service, the salon will address the concern within two weeks. The salon is open Monday to Friday 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed Sunday.
