Services are grouped into Cut, Color and Style. Cuts cover kids, women and men. Color includes single process color, partial and full highlights, highlights with base color, baby lights, balayage, color melt, vivid color, global lightener retouch and virgin application, brow tinting and corrective color. Style covers hand-tied wefts, Kilx, perms and tape-ins.

Stylists are grouped into levels from New Talent up to Level 5, based on the time demand for each stylist and on continuing education. Listed prices start at the amounts shown and can change with hair length, texture and how much hair there is. Corrective color, hand-tied wefts, tape-ins, Kilx and perms are priced after a consultation. Every new client has a consultation with their stylist to talk through style and price before a more precise estimate is given.

Appointments are confirmed 72 hours ahead. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are charged 50% of the reserved service amount, and no-shows are charged the full reserved amount.

The salon's training comes from Toni & Guy, Paul Mitchell, TIGI, SoCap Hair Extensions, Kilx, Aqua Hair Extensions and Hair Talk. Several team members have taught for their training companies across the U.S. The salon describes its team as talented colorists and hairstylists.
