The salon is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 8:30pm, Saturday from 8am to 2pm, and closed Sundays. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; appointments cancelled within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled price, and no-shows are charged the full price. Guests who arrive 10 minutes late may not be accommodated and may be charged 50% of the scheduled price. Haircut and color adjustments are offered within one week of the last appointment if a guest is unhappy with the result, though complimentary services are not offered for a change of mind. Guests are advised to change clothes during a service, and a smock is provided in the restroom. Children aged 10 and under should stay home unless they have an appointment, and sick children should not come in. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash and check are accepted, and gift cards are sold on the website. Product returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
