The salon sees one client at a time and keeps appointments unhurried. Services are dry and waterless: pedicures are performed without soaking feet in footbaths and without shared water. Guests are offered complimentary soft drinks, tea and alkaline water, along with a signature strawberry matcha at no charge.

Clients must be 21 or older, bring a state-issued photo ID that matches the booking name, and complete an intake form within 30 minutes of booking. A non-refundable retainer secures each appointment, and children and extra guests are not permitted during services. A 15-minute grace period applies, and a $40 fee may be charged for late arrivals that can still be accommodated. The KART pedicure is described as eligible for HSA or FSA payment, subject to plan administrator approval and current documentation from a licensed dermatologist or podiatrist issued within the last 12 months. It is not a substitute for medical care from a physician, podiatrist or dermatologist.

Memberships are a monthly service plan in Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, available after a first appointment and an intake form on file. They bill monthly with a three-month minimum, and unused services do not carry over. Payment is accepted by debit or credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay; cash is not accepted. The salon is open Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, and closed Tuesdays and Thursdays.
