Services are grouped into Color, Styling and Treatments. Color must be paired with a styling service, and treatments are offered only alongside a cut or style. Every cut, treatment and style includes a full consultation and a luxury shampoo. The color cost and color plan are worked out at the first consultation, since color on natural hair is a chemical change and some shades take more than one session.

Each color service includes a honey treatment. Base Color Root Touch Up suits guests covering grey or refreshing roots, when new growth is under two inches. Fresh All-Over Hair Color is for colored or grey-covered hair with more than two inches of growth or no color for three months or more. Back to Brown is for lightened or bleached hair that needs darker dimension or deeper color. Color Corrections address results from at-home color, poor formulation elsewhere, or a major color change.

Silk press is a chemical-free straightening process for textured hair that begins with a clarifying shampoo and then a moisturizing shampoo. Custom extensions, called units, are also offered, along with a unit maintenance appointment. A custom unit can last one to two years depending on quality and care, and closures need replacing every few months. New guests complete an online introduction form before their first visit. Services not listed online can be requested through a form, with a response from the team within 48 hours.

Care is planned around hair health, with a full consultation and treatments chosen for each guest.
