Each service is priced on its own, so every item is charged separately, and every visit begins with a shampoo. Listed prices are starting figures and may change without notice. Extra charges may apply depending on hair length, thickness or how much product is needed, and the price can also go up according to the stylist level chosen. Blow-drying and haircuts are never included with coloring or chemical treatments, so each one must be booked as its own appointment. Every color service carries a product fee based on the quantity used.

Booking requires a valid credit card on file and a 20% deposit, which is non-refundable. Late cancellations are charged $50, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service price. A card on file is required to book again after a no-show or last-minute cancellation. Adjustment requests must be made within one week of the service, and modifications are offered within two weeks of the original appointment if a client is not pleased with the outcome. The salon does not offer refunds on products or services, and guests are asked to limit how many companions come with them. Same-day appointments are arranged by phone at (770) 444-0447, and other bookings can be made by text at (470) 252-8349. The salon also offers gift certificates, daily deals and classes.
