New clients pay a deposit to book, sent by Venmo or as a Square invoice on request, with a $40 deposit for haircuts. The deposit must be paid by 9 PM on the day the appointment is requested or the request is declined, and it is applied to the service price. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours notice; later changes forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee, and same-day cancellations are charged 50% of the service.
