Appointments are booked by service, and each one has set time for every step, so the work is not rushed. Service details and prices are shown before a client books. The gallery displays nail work, and selecting a look opens the closest matching service in Square.

House calls are private appointments at the client's own location, within a 10-mile radius of the studio. A house call takes about three hours and costs $449. Bookings need an approved address and at least 24 hours' notice, and the final price can change with distance and service details.

Square asks clients to save a payment card for future charges. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours ahead are not charged. Later cancellations may be charged 50% of the booked total. A missed-appointment fee applies only when it is listed in the Square booking terms the client accepts. If the studio cancels, the client can reschedule or receive a full refund of any prepayment, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method, though timing depends on Square and the client's bank.

Each service is given dedicated time for shaping, cuticle care, product application and a clean finish, in a calm, focused setting.
