Natalie is the owner and head esthetician, and she founded the Nomascara brand. She serves clients across Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. The salon says it has more than 300 happy clients and lists a 5-star rating. The brand describes its work as concise, quality work with a personalized, seamless experience.

A visit usually starts with a custom lash consultation with Natalie before a full set. A new full set takes about 1.5 to 2.5 hours, refills take 30 to 60 minutes, and removal takes 20 to 30 minutes. For sensitive eyes, a 10-minute fill on one eye can be done first to check how the eye reacts before a full set.

Refill visits clean and tidy existing extensions, remove weakly bonded lashes and fill gaps. Removal uses a special remover that breaks down the adhesive bond. Classic sets use mink hair extensions. Clients should wait 24 hours before getting lashes wet, then wash with lash shampoo twice a week and rinse with warm water otherwise. Clients may take a one-month break from extensions one to two times a year.

The salon also teaches lash extensions. A one-day express course runs 10am to 8pm and is mostly hands-on, with theory printed for study at home. A two-day regular course totals 16 hours and is aimed at beginners. A three-day full course totals 24 hours and covers all theory and practice on live models.
