MASTERPIECE has a studio at 166 East 63rd St on the Upper East Side, located within NATURA MED SPA, and a second studio at 37 Broadway in South Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The Brooklyn studio moved to Broadway from Grand Street by December 2022. Open Monday and Wednesday through Friday 9:15AM to 8PM, Tuesday 9:15AM to 7:15PM, Saturday 11:25AM to 8PM, and Sunday 11:25AM to 7:15PM.

About

Every visit is one-on-one and by appointment in a private room with calm music and a scented atmosphere. New clients send an inquiry and a new client form, then complete a follow-up consultation by text or email covering current extensions and any recent lash lifts. Not every request is accepted; the salon accepts clients whose needs fit its standards. New clients prepay for their first visit and then book through a one-time online link, while returning clients leave a valid credit card to hold appointments. Intake forms for extensions, lash lifts and brow lamination arrive by text two days before the appointment. Clients cannot request a particular technician, since appointments are assigned on a rotating basis.

Eyelash extensions use the classic method, applying one extension to each natural lash. The Sculpt Lash Lift is applied to upper lashes only, with curl and depth adjusted to each client's eye shape and concerns; it costs $180, or $210 with tint, and bottom tint can be added for $50. Brow lamination is $140, and the Hollywood Brow Lift, a Japanese-style version that includes brow wax, is $165. The salon does not offer separate brow shaping, waxing or tinting.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice. A cancellation the day before is charged 50% of the service fee, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged in full, with no-shows unable to book future visits. Clients more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged the full fee. Services cannot be swapped at the visit, and refunds are not offered. Gratuities are not included and can be given in cash or through Venmo. Bicycles and scooters must be locked to the sidewalk rack rather than brought inside.

The salon also teaches personalized one-on-one lash lift classes for lash artists, covering the Sculpt Lash Lift. According to the salon, its lash artists have served high-end New York clients and its Sculpt Lash Lift is highly rated and popular in the city.

Each client receives a pre-care routine and product choices matched to their lashes, with the salon stating its extensions are damage-free and do not harm natural lashes.
