The service menu is built around cutting, color and treatment. New clients who want a curly cut book the New Client Curly Cut, which includes an in-depth consultation. The New Client Curly Experience goes further, with a Signature Curl Detox, a Signature Curl Hydration Treatment, precision cutting, styling and lessons on caring for curls at home. New clients prepay the full service total by Zelle within 24 hours of booking, and the appointment is held only until payment arrives. Pricing includes gratuity.

Color work ranges from root maintenance and partial dimension highlights for regular clients to full dimension highlighting or balayage with custom placement. Transformation Color is for first-time color clients, people who have gone six months or more without a highlight or balayage, and major color changes. Add-ons such as Olaplex Reconstructor, K18 Mist & Mask and a Davines scalp treatment can be attached to certain services. Color prices can shift with the amount of product and time needed.

Education is central to the work, with the aim of helping clients and stylists understand the care textured hair needs.
