The menu spans several areas: many massage styles, facials, body contouring, body scrubs, acupuncture, chiropractic, gua sha cupping, reflexology and a Cocoon infrared wellness pod. Multi-session options include ThermaLift and ultrasonic packs for body contouring and a weight loss program that combines nutrition planning, workouts, body contouring and weekly tracking. The Day at the Spa package runs about four hours and fifteen minutes for $499 and brings together a massage, a facial, a body scrub, a contouring treatment, a Cocoon session, an infrared sauna and a light meal.

The business is open every day from 9 AM to 10 PM. Clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to fill in service forms, and late arrivals may not receive their full appointment time. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments are charged as a regular session. Clients may request a male or female massage therapist. The site says every service is guaranteed with a full money-back refund, and that the business does not offer sensual or sexual services.
