Services cover facials, chemical peels, microneedling, microchanneling, body and skin treatments, and bridal and couples packages. Appointments are booked through an online system, and a waitlist is kept for clients whose preferred times are full.

Every new client must book an initial skin consultation. The consultation costs $50 for 15 minutes, is added automatically to a first visit only, and is where a treatment plan starts. The Signature Facial is built after analysis of each client's skin needs and condition, so it changes from person to person.

Several facials target specific goals. The Clarifying Detox Facial is for blemish-prone and congested skin and includes manual extractions and microdermabrasion; the site notes that clearer skin over the long term may take multiple sessions. The Lift & Sculpt Anti-Aging Facial is needle-free and combines micro-current, lymphatic drainage and a sculpting massage. The Nurture Glow Ritual is designed for people who are pregnant, trying to conceive, or postpartum and uses pregnancy-safe products.

CELLSTORY Liquid Microneedling uses liquid microneedles made from freshwater sponge derivatives and needs no numbing and no downtime.
