M Day Spa was founded and is owned by Marcelle Benabou, who works as an esthetician there. The spa offers a broad menu, from facials and peels to body contouring, medical-grade treatments and grooming, with services for both women and men.

Facials are fitted to the condition of the skin, and some include a plan to follow at home. Most facials except the Signature Facial include gentle extractions, and the spa suggests returning every four to six weeks depending on skin type and goals. Custom facials and packages can be arranged on request.

The peel menu is organized by depth and area, from the Decollete and hand and arm peels up to the Green Peel, which the spa describes as a biologically based method of skin renewal, and a Pigmentation/Melasma Peel. Peels that use the Green Peel require a $35 post-peel kit purchased with the treatment.

Body treatments include Endermologie, Ion Magnum and lymphatic drainage, alongside several massage styles. Massages include hot towels, aromatherapy and a hydrating body butter, and the Custom Combination Massage includes hot stone therapy.

Botox and filler visits carry a $50 booking fee that is applied toward treatment, and the spa uses Juvéderm and Sculptra as dermal fillers. Other options include radio frequency lifting, microneedling and a needle-free mesotherapy treatment.

Packages combine facials, massage and body treatments into bundled visits for bridal parties, bachelors, mothers and daughters, and body sculpting. The Red Carpet package is priced $30 below booking its two treatments separately, according to the spa. Couple treatments are available if booked in advance, and gift certificates can be purchased in any amount. Parking is complimentary for guests.

Treatments are adjusted to each client's skin and goals, and the spa pairs them with home-care guidance where needed.
