Each new client starts with an in-depth consultation that covers their concerns, goals and medical history. The team then builds a custom plan that may combine in-office services with at-home skincare. The team includes physicians, nurses and aestheticians.

The practice aims to enhance a client's appearance without changing it, with natural-looking results. Team members recommend in-office services together with at-home products to help clients reach their goals. Consultations cost $150, and that fee is waived when a treatment is booked within two weeks. Dermal filler is not priced without an in-person consultation. Sculptra and Kybella are priced per vial, while facial balancing, alloClae, Renuva and CoolSculpting fat reduction are quoted at consultation.

Skin care bootcamps are multi-week programs of in-office treatments scheduled in order, with full-size, medical-grade home care and progress checks, sold as one package price. Four programs cover acne, acne scars, hyperpigmentation and bridal preparation, and they are open to men and women. The Acne Bootcamp runs 12 weeks with six treatments, the Acne Scar Bootcamp runs 16 weeks with six treatments, and the Hyperpigmentation Bootcamp runs 12 weeks with eight treatments. The Bridal Bootcamp is timed to the wedding date and grooms are welcome; clients are advised to start four to 12 months before the wedding. Final results typically take about 12 to 16 weeks, and longer for scarring and pigment.

Other signature treatments include the SaltFacial, a three-step medical-grade facial using organic sea salt, ultrasonic serum delivery and LED light. The practice uses a Lumenis Stellar M22 laser for IPL photofacials, BBL photofacials, ResurFX resurfacing, melasma treatment and laser hair removal, and it does not offer CO2 or other ablative lasers. Masseter Botox, non-surgical rhinoplasty using filler at $1,250, and Kybella for under-chin fat are also offered. Gift certificates can be used for all treatments, services and medical-grade skincare, have no expiration date and can be redeemed at the downtown location.

Metered parking is nearby and there are several cash lots on the street, so clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes early to find a spot. Consultations can be booked online, by phone or by text.
