Haircuts are built around the Head Shape Matters system and include a blowdry and style. Blowdry and styling covers a shampoo, blowdry, and either an iron or a set. Texture services shape curls and waves to add body and volume. On the color side, the menu runs from a root touch-up on one inch of new growth, to full color from roots to ends, to highlighting that ranges from a light accent around the face or on top to full head lightening. Partial highlights are the most popular choice for adding dimension.

Clients who book with questions about a cut or color can report a problem within 7 days of the visit for correction at no additional charge. Retail products may be exchanged for full credit within 90 days of purchase. Missed appointments without notice require payment of 50% of the full appointment amount before a new one is booked, and cancellations and reschedules need prompt notice.
