The signature cuts are dry-hair curly cuts. The Curl X Curl Cut takes three hours and includes a hydration treatment, education on caring for curls and product recommendations, finishing with a wash and style. The Versatile Curly Cut, also three hours, lets the client decide whether to leave the hair curly or straight and includes a style and steam treatment. Returning clients can book a shorter Express Curl Cut without styling.

Color services range from base color and gloss to all-over color, partial and full highlights, and combined color with highlights. Highlighting may be done with balayage, foils or pintura. Previously colored hair, box dye and longer root growth each have their own requirements, and some color services need a consultation first. A consultation with a test strand is recommended for first-time color clients with previously colored hair.

Styling options include blowouts, silk presses and wash and style appointments. Hair treatments such as K18 and Olaplex are available as add-ons. Hours are Wednesday and Friday 11 AM to 8 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Tuesday and Sunday. Online bookings take a deposit of $15 to $100 depending on the service, a 40% fee applies to no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours, and in-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment.
