Every new color client is asked to have a consultation before booking a color service. The consultation covers hair history and goals, how products and tools will be prepared, which service fits, how long it will take, pricing, and whether more than one session is needed.

The color menu runs from root touch-ups and facial-framing highlights through partial and full highlights, global blonde, and signature balayage, up to babylights and larger creative or transformative color projects. Prices are listed as starting points.

Cuts include a designer cut and bangs-and-bits trims. Booking and cancellation terms are set out clearly, with a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals and charges for changes made close to an appointment.

Color is planned through a consultation before the first service, and cuts are shaped to suit the face and to be easy to style at home.
