Extension installations use premium luxury hair. Each package includes custom color matching, with wefts colored to match when needed, a precision haircut, seamless blending, a complimentary gloss and luxury aftercare guidance. Pricing is customized to the client's hair goals, density and how much hair is needed.

Extensions need maintenance about every 6 to 10 weeks, and clients commonly book around every 8 weeks. At each visit the wefts are removed and reinstalled closer to the scalp, and the natural hair is checked and refreshed. Move-ups replace the beads, re-sew the hair and finish with complimentary curls or a style of the client's choice. Bead adjustments are offered three weeks after a move-up, and they are free if requested within two weeks.

Booking requires a deposit for all extension appointments. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward hair purchases and the time, preparation and planning for the service. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; a cancellation within 24 hours carries a $100 fee, and clients who give no notice or skip the fee are not eligible for future bookings. Clients can reach out within 72 hours of an appointment about adjustments or concerns.

Pricing for extensions is set around each client's hair goals, density and the amount of hair needed, and first visits include personalized product recommendations.
