Appointments are strongly preferred, since there is no waiting area. Booking runs through Booksy, which also sends confirmations. A deposit of 50% of the service price is charged at booking and applied to the total at checkout. Cancelling more than 48 hours ahead refunds the deposit in full or moves it to a new time, while cancelling within 48 hours keeps it, and cancelling within 24 hours charges the full service price to the card on file. Arriving more than 15 minutes late forfeits the appointment.

Clients who want to go blonde, fix an earlier colour, or blend in grey growth start with a consultation, which lets the stylist give an exact quote before any colour work begins. Before balayage or other major colour changes, the salon suggests a consultation so the stylist can assess the hair's condition and any past chemical services. For haircuts, arriving with clean, dry hair is preferred; for colour appointments, the salon asks that hair go unwashed for one to two days beforehand.
