Makeup-only visits are booked for 1 hour 10 minutes, and hair and makeup for 2 hours. Special occasion hair and makeup is available for milestones and events. Availability determines whether non-bridal services take place in the studio or on location. The studio works with high-quality products and does not use airbrush machines; it aims for an airbrush-style finish instead.

Makeup classes include a private hands-on split-face self-application class at $350.60 for 2 to 3 hours, using the client's own products, and a Besties class for a group of two at $600.60 for 3 hours. Private one-on-one makeup lessons help clients develop their own style. For makeup artists, the studio offers a 5-hour Signature Soft Glam Artistry Intensive at $750 with social media and business development audits, a 5-hour private Bridal Brand, Positioning & Booking Systems Intensive from $750, and a one-hour 1:1 Strategy & Coaching Call at $200.

Bridal dates are reserved first come, first served with a signed bridal agreement and a 50% non-refundable retainer. Brides are advised to book hair and makeup 6 to 12 months ahead and to schedule a bridal preview 2 to 3 months before the wedding. Cancelling more than 90 days before the appointment leaves only the non-refundable deposit owed, while later cancellations remain responsible for the remaining balance. Non-bridal appointments include one courtesy reschedule with 48 hours notice, booked in the same month. A $25 late fee applies for every 10 minutes of delay, and clients more than 10 minutes late may have services shortened, rescheduled, or canceled. Clients are asked to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face, and hair washing and blowouts are not offered.
