The studio is a small, private space in Downtown Miami, and it serves clients from Brickell, Edgewater, Wynwood, Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Coconut Grove and Key Biscayne. The studio describes itself as discreet and personalized.

Each visit is a single-client appointment, so the studio is not a busy salon. Soft music plays during treatments, a blanket is provided on the treatment bed, and the studio uses a custom fragrance called Top Secret. Rear and street parking are available, but parking in front of the studio is not allowed.

The lash menu covers classic, hybrid and volume Russian extensions, with full sets and refills at one to four weeks. Lash lifts are offered in standard and Korean versions, with optional tints and a soothing hydrogel eye pad placed under the lower lashes. The volume add-on adds fans only where needed, and a touch-up is available for lashes lost within the first week. Lash removal dissolves the adhesive rather than pulling extensions off.

Brow services include design shaped for symmetry without over-plucking, design finished with makeup or brow gel, henna for a filled-in look, and brow lamination with optional tint and design. Combined packages pair lamination with tint and design. A private Brow Basics 101 lesson covers shape, styling and maintenance for clients who want to do more at home.

The studio also runs a hands-on lash lift and brow lamination course for beauty professionals, which ends in certification. The Bridal Retreat and Wedding Day package includes two classic full sets, a two-week classic refill, a lash removal, two deluxe brow designs and a brow pencil. A custom version is priced on request. The package can be used within three months, and each service must be booked as a separate appointment.

Bookings can be made online, through Instagram direct message, or by text or email, and confirmation is sent by text or email. Appointments under one hour need 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and those over one hour need 48 hours. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full price, and repeated no-shows may require prepayment. Course fees are non-refundable, and product sales are final.

The studio describes its approach as international training, one client at a time, and protecting natural lashes and brows.
