The spa's facials begin with an individual skin assessment, and each one is built around the client's skin condition, sensitivity, lifestyle and goals. The spa uses a barrier-first approach rather than a standard facial routine. AI skin analysis, HydraFacial technology when suitable, professional skincare and customized techniques are part of the menu. Massage is chosen according to how each guest wants to feel and the pressure they prefer. Couples massage and the Couples Facial take place side by side in private rooms, and each guest can choose their own style.

Spa days combine booked treatments with time to relax. Bridal and bachelorette celebrations, birthdays and group bookings are coordinated with the team. The Bridal Spa Day Escape is designed for four guests. Prices vary by treatment, duration and enhancements, and the final service and price are confirmed at booking.

Treatments with medical considerations at LUX MedSpa Brickell come with explained guidance. Microneedling starts with a consultation that covers whether the treatment suits the guest, what to expect, the risks, how to prepare and the aftercare. Lymphatic drainage after surgery requires approval from the operating surgeon. Any new, unexplained, painful or sudden swelling should be assessed by a healthcare professional before booking. The facials are a cosmetic skincare service and are not a substitute for medical assessment or acne treatment.

Digital gift cards can be bought online and are delivered by email. They can be used toward eligible massages, facials and spa days, and are valid for one year under the published terms. Individual online purchases are capped at $500. The spa says it was named a 2026 Best of Florida winner in the Day Spas category by Guide to Florida. It holds a Florida massage establishment license, MM46598.
