Services run from haircuts in short, medium, long, long/thick and transformation lengths to barber-style cuts, curly hair appointments for wavy-to-curly textures, and shampoo and style. Treatments include deep conditioning, K-18, gloss or toner and Brazilian Blowout smoothing. Color options range from permanent and demi-permanent color with custom work, lowlights, highlights and grey coverage, to lightening in Express, Partial, Full and Platinum formats and vivid or fashion color, including a Refresh for returning color clients. Extensions cover tape-in, weft and i-tip styles, with a consultation required five days before installation. Glitterlites, hair tinsel applied strand by strand in 16 colors, are also offered.

Booking terms are set out clearly. New clients pay a $10 deposit, which goes toward future service for non-chemical appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the base service price, and no-shows or cancellations within one hour of the start time are charged the full base price. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, $200 or a custom amount and are final sale.
