Color makes up much of the menu. Root touch-ups cover one to two inches of outgrowth or grey and are done without foils or highlights. Gloss and toner services address shine, brassiness and faded mids and ends. Platinum retouches keep a solid blonde going and are usually booked every four to eight weeks, with extra charges if the outgrowth is more than an inch. Dimensional color comes in mini, partial and full versions, and the full version's price depends on how much change is planned.

Extension work starts with a consultation to plan length, volume or density. The salon applies sew-in wefts, tape wefts and micro link or I-tip extensions, and removes K-tip bonds. Micro link extensions are placed strand by strand without heat or adhesive. New micro link clients pay a $400 deposit, and hair is priced separately after consultation and is not refundable.

Treatments include keratin smoothing for frizz and curl, Hair Botox with no needles that lasts about three months and is not recommended for grey hair, and the Calecim hair growth treatment, which uses an at-home scalp system shown at the first visit. According to the salon, Calecim is 95% effective and reports no side effects. Clients who prefer little conversation can request a silent appointment at no charge.

Policies: a 20% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $65, $105, $160 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
