Extension services are a large part of the menu. Hand-tied extensions can be booked as a full set, and existing wearers can book maintenance by the row, which moves the wefts up one, two or three rows after a grow-out of four to 6 weeks. Toners, root retouches and a keratin smoothing treatment round out the hair menu.

Some bookings have set requirements. A consultation is required before color correction, the Platinum Card service and full-set hand-tied extensions. New clients booking color correction pay a $100 deposit, which is applied to the service. Gratuity is not required but is welcome, and it is already included in the listed prices. Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment, and no-shows, are charged a 50 percent fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

The salon is open Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 8 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM. It is closed Tuesday through Thursday.
