The salon sits one block from Union Station and is walkable from it. RTD light rail and bus lines stop at the station about a four-minute walk away. Parking is available on Wazee Street, and the Wynkoop Street Garage is one block away. Inside, the space has crystal chandeliers and a grand staircase, and colour processing takes place in a private courtyard. The extensions work runs from a separate studio with its own phone line.

Each visit begins with a consultation, and the colour formula is custom-mixed for the client's hair. Clients are asked to share any ingredient concerns or past reactions with their artist before the appointment. Every colour service includes an aromatherapy scalp treatment and a professional blowout.
