Color is a major part of the menu. Options include all-over color in permanent or semi-permanent formulas, partial and full balayage, partial and full foil highlights, root retouches, and bleach and tone services. Color correction includes a bleach and tone scalp lightening service. Bleach and tone requires a previous service and no more than 1/4 inch of outgrowth. A blow dry or haircut can be added to most color appointments when booking, and a toner-and-blow-dry option refines tone and neutralizes brassiness.

Extensions are handled through a consultation, followed by an extension move-up maintenance visit, usually scheduled 6-10 weeks after the first appointment, where the wefts are repositioned as the natural hair grows. Add-ons such as a conditioning treatment, toner, brow tint and tip out can be combined with a main service. Brow tint either blends away grey hairs or matches the natural brow color.

The salon uses Wella and ORIBE hair products. To help with parking, it offers parking vouchers for The Music Garage at 1615 18th St, and metered street parking is available nearby.
