The stated mission is a calm, relaxed and upscale place for hair transformations, where clients can unwind and talk. A first visit begins with a consultation that covers current hair condition, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, skin tone, face shape, natural features and realistic expectations, followed by a long-term plan for keeping hair healthy. New color clients book a 15-minute complimentary consultation called The Color Experience. Consultations are also required for returning color guests who have been away for 12 months or more, and for every extension service. Haircut and color prices are custom, so listed prices are starting points that can change with time, technique and the result you want. The salon states there are no hidden fees or surprise add-ons for color services.
Clients can add lunch from LIVELLO, a local restaurant, which is taken to the chair. Orders are placed the evening before the appointment, and the meal is charged at its cost on top of service prices. Children are not permitted at appointments. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule or receive a shortened service if time allows; rescheduling after a late arrival carries a $25 fee when made within 48 hours, and prices are not reduced for a shortened service.
Each visit is built around the client's lifestyle, hair needs and goals, with styling advice, a home care plan and product recommendations limited to products that suit that client. Pricing is stated clearly before services begin.
