Founder Glori Luperon works as the master colorist and is known for gray blending, dimensional blonding, balayage and precision cuts. Color is central here: new color clients start with a Color & Gray Blending consultation that reviews hair history, goals and maintenance, and ends with a personalized quote. Gray transitions have their own consultation and strand tests before a plan is set, and new lightening clients book a Hair Color Consultation first.

Beyond color, the menu covers blowouts such as a roller set with brush finish and a silk-press smooth blowout, a signature blowout series, and bundles that pair a treatment or cut with a blowout. Brow services include threading, waxing, brow mapping, brow lamination and stains, and lash services include classic, hybrid and volume extensions, fills, half sets, and a lash lift with tint. Extensions are offered in microlink and tape-in styles, with a consultation before installation. Treatments include Hair Botox, which is a smoothing and conditioning service rather than permanent straightening, a keratin shot for frizz, and hydro stem cell reconstruction.

Booking policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. Cancellations made with less notice forfeit the non-refundable deposit or carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled service, and no-shows are charged 50% and may be restricted from future booking. Clients can pay over time through Cherry for eligible services with approval, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, approved before the appointment. Membership benefits apply automatically at checkout, and unused visits or credits roll over for a set period.

The salon is open Monday 9:30 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday through Friday 10:30 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and is closed Sunday. Several services for guests 65 and older are offered Monday through Wednesday by appointment for short to shoulder-length hair.
