The salon is set up around appointments, which are preferred. Services are designed to suit each client's specific needs, and Bashir offers consultations by appointment. Men's options range from a classic haircut, fade or line design to beard and mustache trims, a traditional straight razor shave, hair color and face wax. For women, the menu includes blowouts, highlights, a keratin treatment, perms, up-dos, and makeup and lashes.

The salon charges a $10 late fee after a 10-minute delay and a $20 fee for cancellations made 2 hours or less before the appointment. A $20 no-show fee also applies. Phone, online and cash payments are preferred, and a small fee applies to credit card payments.
