The menu is organized into blood type protocol, body care, massage therapy, skin care, waxing, wellness services and spa packages. Clients can book single treatments or combine services into a day package, and a package adds an 18% gratuity. Facial options range from a 30-minute express facial to an hour-long acne treatment, a men's facial aimed at razor irritation, a back facial and a pumice peel microdermabrasion, with Bioelements masks and serums used throughout. Massage styles include Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, sports, wellness, prenatal, manual lymphatic drainage and hot stone.

Wellness services include colon hydrotherapy in closed and open system formats, infrared sauna sessions, ear candling, castor oil packs, reflexology and an ion foot detox. The spa describes colon hydrotherapy as a non-medical warm-water cleansing of the large intestine, and says its open system uses the LIBBE colonic system, which it states is an FDA-registered Class II medical device. Services are described as not a substitute for professional medical treatment.

Booking starts with an appointment request form, and the spa contacts the client to finalize the time. Same-day bookings are made by phone. A valid credit or debit card is required at booking, and cancellations or reschedules need to be made by phone at least 24 hours ahead. Clients are asked to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, and waxing, massage, body wrap and blood type clients complete an information form before their visit. Children under 13 are not permitted, and the spa accepts HSA payments and pre-payment for services.

The spa's stated aim is to educate clients on whole-body wellness and support a lifestyle change, with services and products described as carefully selected.
