The lash menu covers classic, hybrid and volume lash extensions, fills, Korean lash lifts and cluster lashes. Lash extensions are applied strand by strand to natural lashes using semi-permanent glue, with synthetic, faux mink or silk fibers. Classic sets give a mascara-like look that lengthens and darkens lashes, while hybrid and HD sets give a thicker, fuller lash line. Lash fills are not done over work from another artist; a removal and full set is required first, and extra fees may apply.

The Enhance services are brow and cosmetic tattooing options: Nano Definition brows, Brow Radiant in ombre or combo style, touch-ups, semi-permanent makeup for brows, lips or face, and camouflage tattooing. Enhancement services need a consultation first, which takes about an hour, includes a free patch test and sets the service cost. A deposit secures the appointment and full payment is due before the procedure.

Skincare includes several facials, from a 30-minute express cleansing facial to a one-hour deep cleansing facial with a hydromask and LED light. Facial options include microdermabrasion, chemical peels, cosmetic needling, HydraFacials and light therapy, and the studio offers BB Glow, which uses microneedling to introduce BB cream as semi-permanent makeup. The studio recommends four to six BB Glow sessions two weeks apart and charges extra for each one after the first. Hair removal is done with hard wax, soft wax or sugaring, and hair may take up to three weeks to grow back.

Policies to note: clients should arrive with the treatment area clean and free of makeup, oils, heavy skincare or residue. Changes need 24 to 36 hours notice, and late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, no additional guests or children are allowed unless pre-approved, and a patch test is required before brow or lash tinting. Payment can be made with Afterpay or Klarna, or by PayPal invoice when those are unavailable.

Beyond appointments, the VIP Beauty Club is a monthly membership with limited spots and a three-month minimum. Members receive $10 off each lash fill-in, 10% off other beauty services priced $30 and up, double loyalty points and priority booking. The studio also sells skincare products online with shipping only within the United States, and offers e-gift cards valid for six months.

Clients of every background and age are welcome. Enhancement treatments are preceded by a consultation and a patch test.

The studio describes a visit as a full day of self-care that can cover beauty and relaxation needs.
