The business is led by its owner, Cabello, a lash and brow artist with a background in nursing. Lash work ranges from lash baths and removals to clusters, fills and classic, hybrid and volume sets. Lip treatments come in 0.5 ml, 1 ml, 1.5 ml and 2 ml sizes, with results listed at 4 to 9 months or up to 14 months, and some versions are needleless. Spa offerings include facials, a facial with upper body massage, King Karass, a body massage, YoniSteam with a custom blend, Lovers Spa Special and a group SpaParty for four or more people with brunch and light refreshments.
Lash tuition is a one-on-one class running from 11 am to 4 pm. It includes a kit, manual practice on a mannequin and on a live model, tips and tricks, marketing mentorship, a certificate of completion, lunch and light refreshments.
Booking is online and a deposit confirms the appointment. Some lash and brow services take a deposit, and card or Cash App payments carry a $5 fee. Some services, including Removals and Lash Bath and the brow Touch Up and Full Service appointments, are payable in cash. Same-day visits can be arranged by phone with a $20 up-charge. Clients should arrive with natural lashes free of makeup and mascara, as a cleaning fee may apply otherwise. There is a 15-minute grace period, cancellations need at least one day's notice or a $25 fee applies, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged in full. Photo identification matching the booking is required, especially for male clients. Gift cards are non-returnable and sales are final.
Client services are paired with hands-on lash tuition for people who want to learn the trade.
