Appointments are booked through the studio's Glossgenius page. Hours are Wednesday and Thursday from 11 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 4:30 PM, Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM and Sunday from 9 AM to 2 PM, with the studio closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. A cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of an appointment is charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Dermaplaning, which removes dead skin and fine facial hair with a surgical blade, appears in a 30-minute express option and in the Glazed Donut Facial. A free 35-minute Acne Bootcamp Consult is offered for acne concerns.

Lash services include classic, hybrid, volume, wet and anime extensions, offered as full sets and fills, along with extension removal, eyelash tinting and a lash lift with tint. Brows can be shaped by mapping to facial structure and eye shape, tinted, laminated, or combined with waxing. Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back, underarms and bikini area, with bundles for combined areas.

The studio focuses on enhancing each client's natural features, and appointments are kept relaxed and personalized.
