Manicures and pedicures are sold in tiers. The Express versions cover nail and cuticle care, lotion, a light massage, a hot towel and regular polish. The Deluxe versions add a moisturizing mud mask and paraffin wax, and the Luxury versions add a hot stone treatment, a luxury treatment kit and a shoulder massage. Pedicures in each tier include a sugar scrub or callus removal along the way. The MG Diamond versions, which the salon calls its best service, add a scented candle, fresh fruit and a massage.

For longer-lasting color, Shellac gel can be added to any manicure or pedicure for $15. Dipping powder comes in regular, ombre and French styles, and enhancements include fills and full sets in regular color, Shellac, ombre, white tips and pink and white. Children must stay seated with a parent or guardian at all times. Clients who are unhappy during a service can say so and ask to stop. Once a service is complete it is considered accepted, and no redo, credit or refund is offered for personal preference. Complimentary fixes are offered within 7 days for lifting, chipping or breakage caused by service quality, but not for accidents, misuse, normal wear, or changes to color, length, shape or design. All services are final and non-refundable. Clients who cannot attend should call or text to cancel in advance, since missed or uncancelled appointments may lead to the phone number being blocked in the booking system.
