A visit can start with a consultation, which is offered at no charge. It is a time to talk through hair goals, plan longer-term care and pick a service, and no services are performed during it. Booking runs on a rolling 60-day schedule, and a waitlist can notify guests when openings appear. Guests can choose the stylist they want to see and review that stylist's services, or pick a service that fits their budget. Pricing varies with each artist's educational background, demand and time in the industry.

The color menu includes Color Revival, a root touch-up or single-shade refresh from roots to ends that starts at $250 and takes 180 minutes or more. Color Evolution, starting at $300 and taking 240 minutes or more, is for building brightness, adding dimension or changing overall color. Enhancements and Elixirs add-ons can be added to any visit.
