Appointments are secured with a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final balance. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Arriving more than 10 minutes late or cancelling at the last minute means losing the deposit, and no-shows are charged the full payment. Early morning and after-hours appointments carry a $50 surcharge.
Payment is taken by credit card, with any remaining balance payable by cash, Zelle, Venmo or Apple Pay at the end of the service. The space has parking, Wi-Fi, and is listed as child-friendly.
