MadLashes Studio offers eyelash extensions at two locations: one at 2830 E. Brown Rd., Suite B8, in Mesa, and one at 9728 E. Davenport Dr. in Scottsdale. The studio describes itself as a destination for eyelash extensions.

The Mesa location is open Wednesday afternoons, Thursday and Friday with a midday break, and Saturday mornings. The Scottsdale location is open Monday and Tuesday during the day and Wednesday until early afternoon.

A single extension service takes about an hour. Lash fills are recommended roughly every 2 to 3.5 weeks, with the interval depending on the client's preference. Clients typically have about 120 to 180 natural lashes per eye, and during a fill cycle each eye can shed around 2 to 3 lashes a day, which is why fills are scheduled on a regular rhythm.

After a set, clients are asked to keep their lashes dry for the first 48 hours, blotting or using a blow dryer on cool. Mascara is not recommended over lash extensions.
