Extensions come in six named styles, each offered as a full set, refill and mini fill. Simply Classic applies one extension to each natural lash for a subtle look and is described as a good choice for new clients. Pretty Lil Y's sits between classic and glam in fullness. Light Volume is the most natural volume option and can be customized. Volume applies several lightweight lashes to each natural lash for a darker, fuller look. Angel uses closed fans or spikes for a cohesive wet look and comes in black, brown and auburn. Mega Magic is the salon's fullest, densest set, available in black only, and is not recommended for clients with sparse or damaged lashes.

Mini fills are touch-ups booked 7 days after the last appointment. They take no more than 30 minutes and are for clients with about 70% of lashes still on. Light Volume refills are recommended every 2 to 2½ weeks. If fewer than 40% of lashes remain at a refill, the visit may be charged at full set or extended fill pricing. Lash baths take 10 minutes and lash removal takes 30 minutes.

The salon is open Monday, Wednesday and Saturday on set hours, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday on their own hours, and closed on Sunday. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are not charged, while later cancellations are charged the full service fee. Payment is due at the end of each service and refunds are not offered. If a set is not to the client's liking, a free fix may be booked within 48 hours. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
