The menu is grouped into cut and style, cuts, color, highlights, extensions, styling, conditioning treatments, treatments, lashes, makeup and waxing. Color ranges from glosses and toners to single process, double process, root shadow or color melting, highlights, and balayage or ombre, with color mixing available from natural shades to pastel hues. Pricing for many color and treatment services depends on hair length and density, so the starting prices shown are a guide.

Consultations are free. Color correction and extensions are booked by consultation, and updos are offered by consultation only. A consultation is a good way to plan a look a client wants but cannot yet picture how to achieve, and stylists also give advice on keeping hair healthy.

The salon is open Monday to Wednesday 9AM to 5PM, Thursday 10AM to 7PM, Friday and Saturday 8AM to 5PM, and closed Sunday. Clients are asked to give at least 24 hours notice for a reschedule or cancellation. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to a rescheduled appointment, and missed appointments carry a no-show fee and may limit future bookings to walk-in only.

If a client is not satisfied, they should say so at the time of service or within 48 hours afterward. Services are non-refundable, but a corrective service is offered free of charge. For box color, or a move from darker to lighter tones, more than one service may be needed to reach the desired result. The salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately toward staff.

Stylists keep up with current cut and color styles and techniques through ongoing education, and the salon helps clients plan looks and keep their hair healthy.
